Register and verify your email

Create your account with your full name, an email address you control and a password of 8–72 characters. Enter the verification code sent to that address, then sign in.

Request the records that belong to you

On your dashboard, choose a platform and submit your historical name and account identifiers. The administrator reviews exact records and independent ownership evidence. A shared email or matching name alone does not grant access. Existing restrictions remain in force.

Recover access

Use password recovery if you still control your verified mailbox. If you cannot receive mail there, explain the access problem to Crypto support. Keep private identity documents in the secure review process.

Protect your account

Optional passkeys are available in Account security after sign-in. Your device keeps biometric and private-key information. Administrator sign-in additionally requires an emailed code.
